- Assisted the Elderly in Darjeeling,
India and the rural areas of Tibet with food, medical
assistance and basic necessities (warm clothing, clean
water and basic home repairs).

- Assisted Elders in Shelkar, Tibet (rural area close to Mount
Everest) with roof repairs, medical care, warm clothing and
basic necessities.
- Provided the Elders in Bharthing, Tibet (rural area in the
Sakya region) with food/barley, medical care and
improved sanitation.
- Assisted Elders in the countryside of Darjeeling, India with
basic necessities like clean water, food, clothing and
medical care.
- Provided financial support to a thirty one year old man with a life time disability in Kathmandu, Nepal, he has two children and his wife passed away two years earlier in a car accident.
- Assisted a family in Sikkim, India where
the Elders had lost vision and were raising two teenage children.
